Easy and a HUGE homerun!!! I have some finicky eaters and they loved them. I ran out of dates before my other ingredients, so I tried some dried apricots. The were good, but a little too sweet. The dates though were absolutely amazing. And I don't like dates! I am going to try purscuitto next time! There are so many possibilities and variations, I am so excited to run accrossed this one!

AMAZING!! Made these with purscuitto instead of bacon an baked them in the oven. Made them for a dinner party and they were gone in 5 min!
