This was definitely good but it was missing something to me. The spiciness was there, and it had good flavor but could have had just a little bit more. I will be trying this one again with some extra ingredients. Others enjoyed it so that made me feel good. It's just that I remember a different taste from the stuff I had when I visited the caribbean. Still recommended!

I've tried other "jerk seasoning" recipes, and this one is bar far the best. Do yourself a favor and instead of serving buffalo wings at your party (which I grew VERY tired of years ago), serve these little babies. They're easy & AWESOME! Everyone always raves about them.
