| Pico de Gallo Recipe.  This is the classic Mexican salsa. | ||
Ingredients
| tomato | 3 | chopped | 
| red onion | 1 | medium - chopped | 
| serrano chile | 4 | chopped | 
| cilantro | 1/2 cup | chopped | 
| salt | 1 tsp | to taste | 
| lime | 1 | juiced | 
Directions
- Combine the tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
- Sprinkle with salt and mix.
- Add the lime juice and mix.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
