Pico de Gallo Recipe. This is the classic Mexican salsa.


tomato 3 chopped
red onion 1 medium - chopped
serrano chile 4 chopped
cilantro 1/2 cup chopped
salt 1 tsp to taste
lime 1 juiced


  1. Combine the tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and mix.
  3. Add the lime juice and mix.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
