Roasted Carrots Recipe. Just simple and delicious. You'll be amazed how good carrots can taste once they are roasted.

Ingredients
carrot | 12 | peeled and chopped |
olive oil | 3 Tbsps | |
kosher salt | 1 1/2 tsps | |
black pepper | 1/4 tsp | |
Italian parsley | 1/4 cup | chopped |
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Place the carrots on a baking sheet and drizzle the olive oil over the carrots.
- Sprinkle the carrots with salt and pepper.
- Using your hands mix the carrots well so they are completely coated.
- Place in the oven and roast for 20 minutes.
- Remove and sprinkle with the chopped Italian parsley. Serve.
