Jicama and Red Bell Pepper Salad Recipe. This is one of the prettiest salads a home chef can make. The color combination of the red bell peppers, jicama, and cilantro are awesome. What's even better is the taste.

Ingredients
jicama | 1 | peeled and julienned |
red bell pepper | 1 | seeded and julienned |
green onion | 2 | sliced thin |
cilantro | 2 Tbsps | diced |
lemon | 1 | juiced |
sugar | 1 Tbsp | |
salt | 1 tsp | |
Tabasco Sauce | 1 tsp | |
garlic clove | 2 | diced |
oil | 1/3 cup |
Directions
- Combine the jicama, red bell pepper, green onion, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl combine the lemon juice, sugar, salt, tabasco sauce, and garlic.
- Drizzle in the oil and mix thoroughly.
- Add the dressing to the vegetables to taste and serve.
