| Baby Lettuces and Greens with a Garlic Dijon Vinaigrette.  A sophisticated tangy salad that takes less than 5 minutes to make.  It doesn't get any easier. | ||
Ingredients
| garlic clove | 2 | diced | 
| black pepper | 1/4 tsp | |
| salt | 1/4 tsp | |
| Dijon mustard | 2 tsps | |
| red wine vinegar | 1 Tbsp | |
| olive oil | 2 Tbsps | |
| baby lettuces and greens | 1/2 lb | 
Directions
- Place the diced garlic in the base of a salad bowl.
- Sprinkle with black pepper and salt.
- Spoon in the Dijon mustard.
- Drizzle in the red wine vinegar.
- Start mixing with a fork and drizzle in the olive oil. Combine well.
- Drop in the baby lettuces and greens.
- Toss and serve.
