Norma QuispeThis is a delightful dish! light and flavorful. I added this dish to our family menu. I just changed the sauce a bit as follows: 1 tsp of balsamic vinager; 2 tbsps.red wine vinegar; 2 tbsps.white wine; 1 chopped clove of garlic, and then I add the parsley and butter as the recipe calls for. I let all the ingredients to blend well for about 5 or 10 minutes. Yum Yum Yum!!! Norma Quispe
