Yorkshire Puddings

Yorkshire Pudding Recipe. You cannot have a roast without making Yorkshire Pudding. When you are done making a roast use the fat that you would normally disgard to make these little pockets of heaven. When baking the fat stays on top of the yorkshire pudding making an indentation that can be filled with the gravy or juices produced from a roast.

Excellent !! Great time saver !! All I would change is perhaps 3 eggs and 1 egg white, make it a bit fluffier, also you could use bacon or roast beef drippings or lard instead of veg oil

I have been trying many different Yorkshire Pudding recipes and having been that happy until this one! Thank you! I used the suggestion of using 3 eggs with 1 egg white to make them a bit less dense. They were high and stayed high! My dinner guests raved about them!
