1. In a plastic bag combine the beef round, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
2. Place in the refrigerator and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour.
3. Remove the beef from the marinade and pat dry. Make sure there are no bits of garlic left on the meat.
4. Heat a sauté pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
5. Fry the beef for 2 to 3 minutes on each side and remove.
6. Add the remaining marinade and onions to the sauté pan and cook for 5 minutes.
7. Pour the onion mixture over the steaks and garnish with the parsley. Serve.
