My family is not crazy about raw fish, so I cooked it first. It was very good, but to me the portion converter was off and I ended up with a lot more than 6 portions. It was only slightly fishy that night, but the fish flavors exploded the longer it was in the fridge. It was pretty labor intensive, but it would have been easier if fruit and avocados were riper this time of year. I would make it again, especially for a warm summer brunch. Some of my family ate a small amount as a dip and others had a bigger, salad-sized portion.
