1. Take a slice of prosciutto and cut it into 3 equal pieces.
2. Lightly spread some butter on each piece.
3. Take a grissino and place it at one end of a prosciutto piece and gently begin to roll.
4. The butter on the prosciutto piece will allow it to stick to the grissino.
5. Repeat the process.
