Fifth Street Bistro House Dressing with Mixed Greens

In many supermarket produce sections you will find a refrigerated bin with different types of lettuces and greens mixed together. They're comprised of frisee, baby romaine, and radicchio to name a few. They have a bitter flavor. Very tasty, fast and easy to make. I served it at a family dinner last night and everyone wanted seconds.....even the kids. I used cranberries instead of raisins. Also, added sliced red onion and toasted pine nuts to the salad, but it's not neccessary.
