White Sangria Recipe. Looking for that comfortable unassuming party drink? This is it. It has a dazzling medley of fresh fruits that dresses up and enhances the flavor of any white wine. This Sangria will also awaken the most timid of your guests and isn't that what a party is supposed to do?

Ingredients

green seedless grapes 1/2 lb
Red Delicious apple 1 cored and sliced thin
white peaches 1 pitted and sliced thin
navel orange 1 sliced thin
lemon 1 sliced thin and seeds removed
lime 1 sliced thin and seeds removed
white wine 6 cups
brandy 1/4 cup
Triple Sec 1/4 cup
sweet & sour schnapps 1/2 cup
ginger ale 2 cups

Directions

  1. In a large pitcher combine the grapes, apple slices, white peach slices, orange slices, lemon slices, and lime slices.
  2. Cover with the white wine and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
  3. Add the brandy, triple sec, and sweet and sour schnapps and ginger ale. Stir well.
  4. Ladle the Sangria with slices of fruit into goblets or large wine glasses.

Notes

The great thing about making Sangria is that you can use whatever fresh fruit is in season. So don't be afraid to add other types of fruit.
