White Rice Recipe. The best rice. Forget the rice cookers. This take little effort and you get that perfect fluffy rice.

Ingredients


rice, long white grain 2 cups
olive oil 2 Tbsps
salt 2 tsps
water 4 cups


Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat. And cook for 10 to 15 minutes until most of the water has evaporated and small craters begin to form.
  3. Stir the rice.
  4. Cover and reduce the heat to low. Cook for an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
