sirloin club steak 2 lbs
red onion 1/2 sliced thin
tomato 2 chopped
garlic clove 2 minced
cilantro 3 Tbsps chopped
bean sprouts 1 cup
mint (fresh) 3 Tbsps chopped
green onion 2 sliced thin
Dressing
fish sauce 3 Tbsps
lime juice 3 Tbsps
chili paste 2 1/2 Tbsps
sugar 1 Tbsp to taste
peanuts - dry-roasted unsalted 1/2 cup chopped


Directions

  1. Place steak preparation direction here
  2. Place steak slicing info here.
  3. In a salad bowl combine the red onion, tomato, garlic clove, cilantro, mint, and green onion bean sprouts.
  4. In a small whisk together the fish sauce, lime juice, chili paste, and sugar to taste.
  5. Place the meat on top of the salad.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over. Top with peanuts
  7. Allow to sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the flavors to develop and serve.
