Tropical Ceviche Recipe. A delicious combination of fish and citrus flavors. This goes great on tortilla chips topped off with a little hot sauce.


halibut 2 lbs diced
cilantro 2 chopped
red onion 2 peeled and diced
poblano chile 2 roasted, seeded, & diced
mango 2 peeled, seeded, & diced
papaya 2 peeled, seeded, & diced
avocado 2 pit removed, flesh scooped, and diced
lime juice 1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed
orange juice 3 cups
soy sauce 2 Tbsps


  1. Place diced fish in a large bowl.
  2. Fold in the cilantro, red onion, poblano chile, mango, papaya, avocado, lime juice, orange juice, and soy sauce.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips or saltine crackers.
