Three Onion Ceviche Recipe. Looking for a tangy topping for a sandwich or something off the grill? Three Onion Ceviche takes little time and gives you that extra touch we all crave.


lime 1 juiced
peanut oil 2 Tbsps
garlic clove 1/2 crushed
cilantro 1 Tbsp chopped
scallion 4 cut into 2 inch pieces and shredded
red onion 1 halved & thinly sliced
chive 2 Tbsps cut into 2 inch pieces
salt 1 1/2 tsps to taste
pepper 1/4 tsp to taste


  1. In a bowl, whisk together the lime juice, and peanut oil.
  2. Add the garlic and cilantro. Leave to marinate for 1/2 hour.
  3. Just before serving add the scallion, red onion, and chives.
  4. Toss together and season to taste.
