Tabbouleh Recipe. This is a refreshing salad or appetizer for any meal and incredibly easy to make.

Ingredients


bulghur wheat 1/3 cup medium size- soak in water for 1 hour
mint (fresh) 3/4 cup minced
parsley 3/4 cup minced
green onion 4 finely chopped
tomato 2 medium size - finely chopped
lemon juice 2 Tbsps
olive oil 1 Tbsp
black pepper 1 tsp


Directions

  1. Placed the cracked wheat in a sieve and press down with your hand or the back of a spoon to squeeze all the water out.
  2. Combine all the ingredients together and mix thoroughly.
