Spinach & Artichoke Dip Recipe. A delicious and quick dip for any occasion.

Ingredients


artichoke hearts - marinated 1/2 lb drained
Romano cheese 2 oz grated
Parmesan cheese 1 oz grated
garlic clove 1 minced
spinach 2/3 lb washed well, stems removed, and chopped
heavy cream 1/4 cup
sour cream 1/2 cup
mozzarella cheese 1/4 lb grated
unsalted butter 1 Tbsp


Directions

  1. In a bowl combine the artichoke hearts, Romano cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic.
  2. In a separate bowl combine the spinach, cream, sour cream, and mozzarella.
  3. Combine both bowls and mix well.
  4. Grease an ovenproof bowl with the unsalted butter.
  5. Pour in the spinach artichoke mixture.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 350 degrees or until the cheese begins to bubble.
