Spinach & Artichoke Dip Recipe. A delicious and quick dip for any occasion.

Ingredients
artichoke hearts - marinated | 1/2 lb | drained |
Romano cheese | 2 oz | grated |
Parmesan cheese | 1 oz | grated |
garlic clove | 1 | minced |
spinach | 2/3 lb | washed well, stems removed, and chopped |
heavy cream | 1/4 cup | |
sour cream | 1/2 cup | |
mozzarella cheese | 1/4 lb | grated |
unsalted butter | 1 Tbsp |
Directions
- In a bowl combine the artichoke hearts, Romano cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic.
- In a separate bowl combine the spinach, cream, sour cream, and mozzarella.
- Combine both bowls and mix well.
- Grease an ovenproof bowl with the unsalted butter.
- Pour in the spinach artichoke mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 350 degrees or until the cheese begins to bubble.
