Sautéed Broccoli Raab

Sautéed Broccoli Raab Recipe. A quick healthy side dish for any meal.

Ingredients
olive oil | 1/4 cup | |
garlic clove | 8 | |
anchovy | 1/4 cup | chopped |
red pepper flakes | 1 pinch | |
broccoli raab (rabe) | 3 lbs | washed and ends trimmed |
bread crumbs | 1/4 cup |
Directions
- In a large sauté pan heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the garlic clove, anchovy, and red chili flakes. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Using tongs toss the broccoli raab in the sauté make sure to coat evenly with the olive oil mixture.
- Cover the sauté pan and allow to cook for 3 minutes.
- Uncover and sprinkle with the bread crumbs.
- Toss the broccoli raab using the tongs and serve.
