sugar 1/4 cup
egg white 6
pisco 1 1/2 cups
lime 4 juiced
ice 3 cups
angostura bitters 3/4 tsp to taste
cinnamon 1 Tbsp powder on top of each glass


  1. In a blender add the egg whites and sugar.
  2. Blend until the egg whites become foamy.
  3. Add the Pisco, lime juice and enough ice to fill it to the brim of the liquid.
  4. Blend for up to 2 minutes or until the ice has been completely blended.
  5. Serve immediately in glasses with a few drops of angostura bitters on top.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
