Pisco Sour

Ingredients
| sugar | 1/4 cup | |
| egg white | 6 | |
| pisco | 1 1/2 cups | |
| lime | 4 | juiced |
| ice | 3 cups | |
| angostura bitters | 3/4 tsp | to taste |
| cinnamon | 1 Tbsp | powder on top of each glass |
Directions
- In a blender add the egg whites and sugar.
- Blend until the egg whites become foamy.
- Add the Pisco, lime juice and enough ice to fill it to the brim of the liquid.
- Blend for up to 2 minutes or until the ice has been completely blended.
- Serve immediately in glasses with a few drops of angostura bitters on top.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
