soy sauce 2 cups
sesame oil 2 Tbsps
garlic clove 2 chopped
green onion 4 chopped
brown sugar 1 cup
short ribs 4 lbs Korean BBQ style -1/4 inch thick


  1. In a blender combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic clove, green onion, and brown sugar.
  2. Blend well.
  3. In a baking dish place the spareribs and cover with the marinade.
  4. Cover with plastic and place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours to overnight.
  5. Heat your grill to medium heat and grill on each side for 4 to 6 minutes.
