| cocoa powder - unsweetened | 1/2 cup | |
| sugar | 1/2 cup | |
| salt | 1 pinch | |
| milk | 2 1/2 cups | |
| half & half | 2 1/2 cups | |
| vanilla extract | 1 tsp | |
| whipping cream | 1 cup |
Directions
- In a saucepan combine the cocoa powder-unsweetened, sugar, and salt.
- Over medium heat add the milk and stir until the powder dissolves.
- Add the half & half, vanilla and continue to stir until it simmers.
- Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream.
