Ingredients


Chile Lime Butter
unsalted butter 1/2 cup softened
garlic clove 3 diced
chili powder 1 tsp
paprika 1 pinch
cumin 1 pinch
lime 1/2 juiced
cilantro 3 Tbsps chopped
salt 1/2 tsp to taste
black pepper 1/4 tsp to taste
corn
corn 4 husk and silk removed


Directions

  1. In a bowl whip together the butter, garlic, chili powder, paprika, cumin, lime juice, cilanto, salt, and pepper to taste.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Warm your grill to medium heat.
  4. Remove the butter from the refrigerator to soften.
  5. Place the corn on the grill and cook for a total of 20 minutes. Turn the corn every 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the corn from the grill and spread with the butter.
