Ingredients


scallion 2 bunch - sliced thin
ginger 1/4 cup peeled and grated
grapeseed oil 1 cup
light soy sauce 2 Tbsps
sherry wine vinegar 1/4 cup
kosher salt 3/4 tsp to taste


Directions

  1. In a bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Allow to sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
