Ingredients
| jelly | 1 Tbsp | strawberry |
| cream cheese | 1 Tbsp | |
| bread -slices | 2 | white bread |
| turkey - sliced | 1/4 lb | cooked and sliced |
| fenugreek (whole) | 1 | |
| Parmigiano-Reggiano | 1 pinch |
Directions
- Toast the bread and remove the crust.
- On one bread slice spread the cream cheese.
- On the other slice spread the strawberry jelly.
- Place the turkey in between the slices to make the sandwich.
Notes
If you have a Latin or Cuban Bakery in the area pick up some bolillos. This is the perfect bread for this sandwich.
