crab meat (canned) 3/4 lb drained
horseradish 1/2 tsp
onion 1 oz diced
cream cheese 1/2 lb
milk 3 Tbsps
artichoke hearts - marinated 2 oz slivered
salt 1/4 tsp to taste
black pepper 1/4 tsp to taste
butter 1/4 cup softened
crackers 1


  1. In a bowl combine the crabmeat, horseradish, onion, cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper.
  2. Grease a casserole dish.
  3. Place the crab mixture into the casserole dish and firmly pat down.
  4. Spread the slivered almonds over the crab mixture.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to chill for 45 minutes to an hour.
  6. Place in a 375 degree oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately with crackers.
