Chicken with Lime and Spices

coriander - dry 1 tsp ground
cumin 1 tsp
turmeric 1/2 tsp
mint (fresh) 1 Tbsp minced
lime 4 juiced
chicken breast 4 skinless and boneless sliced into 1/4 inch strips
olive oil 2 Tbsps


  1. Combine the coriander, cumin, turmeric, mint, and lime juice in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Add the sliced chicken. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to marinate.
  3. In a frying pan heat the olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts for 5 minutes on each side.
