Carrot Salad Recipe. A simple French salad. The end result from this recipe is a perfect balance between the sweetness of the carrots, the sourness of the lemon juice, and the spiciness of the Dijon mustard.


carrot 10 grated
Dijon mustard 2 tsps
lemon juice 2 Tbsps
honey 1 Tbsp
peanut oil 3 1/2 Tbsps
chive 1 pinch minced - to garnish


  1. In a large bowl combine the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and honey.
  2. Whisk in the peanut oil.
  3. Add the carrots and toss.
  4. Garnish with minced chives.
