Change to:
Greek Salad Recipe. This is the classic Greek Salad that takes no time to make and could actually be eaten as a meal.

Ingredients


tomato 4 chopped
cucumber 1 peeled, quartered, and sliced
red onion 1/4 peeled and sliced thin
feta cheese 1/4 lb crumbled
kalamata olive 1/2 cup pit removed
olive oil 1/4 cup
salt 1/2 tsp to taste
black pepper 1/2 tsp to taste


Directions

  1. Combine the tomato, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and kalamata olives.
  2. Drizzle the olive oil over the salad.
  3. Toss the salad.
  4. Add salt and black pepper to taste.


Notes

Lettuce can be added to the salad but keep in mind that it will begin to get soggy after 10 minutes.
